1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1777d ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on 1777d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of 1777d regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and use a 1777d account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period you hold an account with us:

• cYou do not currently hold, and have not previously held, any account with 1777d that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• dAll information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly should any of it change. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• eYou hold only one active account with 1777d. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be suspended and any associated balances or bonus funds forfeited without notice.

3Account Security & Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 1777d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

• aYou must not share your password, username, or any other account credential with any third party. 1777d staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• bIf you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details on this site. We may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• cYou are responsible for ensuring that your use of 1777d complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. We make no representation that the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
• dYou must use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

1777d supports deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account, subject to verification requirements. 1777d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status.

• aAll deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.
• bKYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• c1777d reserves the right to conduct additional anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any account. During such checks, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed pending satisfactory completion of the review.
• dDeposits are credited to your 1777d account in real time in the majority of cases. Should a deposit not appear after 15 minutes, you should contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
• e1777d does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals for verified accounts. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 1777d accepts no responsibility.

5Bonuses & Promotions

1777d offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• aAll bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• bBonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the stated validity window will expire automatically without compensation.
• cOne active welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts, email addresses, or payment credentials constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• dCertain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. For example, bets placed on some live casino tables may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• e1777d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or fraudulent play is identified.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1777d and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, with potential referral to relevant authorities:

• aMoney laundering — using 1777d to process, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• bFraud and chargebacks — filing false payment disputes, initiating chargebacks, or providing fraudulent payment credentials constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• cCollusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• dUse of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any software that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for human players is forbidden.
• eAbuse of staff — threatening, harassing, or using discriminatory language toward any member of the 1777d support or moderation team will result in immediate account suspension.

7Responsible Gaming

1777d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have a duty to provide tools and resources to help manage gambling behaviour responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 1777d account holders and can be activated at any time from within your account settings:

All content on the 1777d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of 1777d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 1777d content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 1777d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1777d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation systems and are not under the control of 1777d. We accept no liability for losses sustained during fair gameplay.

10Amendments to These Terms

1777d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the contact information held on your account prior to the change taking effect.

11Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to 1777d's internal dispute resolution procedure. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may seek recourse through the appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction.
